• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users in room chats
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the service
• Impersonate other users or PlaySync staff

Content & Copyright

PlaySync does not host any music or video content. All media is streamed directly from YouTube via the YouTube IFrame Player API. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with YouTube's Terms of Service.

YouTube Terms Compliance

PlaySync uses the YouTube API Services. By using PlaySync, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

PlaySync is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to maintain uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PlaySync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
